Manure treatment system and biogas production plants

 

HISTORY :

Company Liquitech srl has been established in 2001.

It is a brand new company indeed, even though it has all the experience gained by Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A. in manure treatment market, coming from  a decades of activity in such a field.

The way how to solve the manure problem  in the proper method, raised up to the farmers attention, as soon as the modern livestock technique was born in the early 60’s.

During this decade Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A. started to manufacture the first bels and scrapes to remove the manure from the barns.

In 1984, cooperation with Eisele, German company production leader in pumps and mixers for manure, has been taken place.

In 1986, Maurizio Marzona, now technical responsible for Liquitech, starts working in Liquitech.

In 1989 the first concrete storage tanks have been manufactured, with the put-in-place technique, using special, self standing  moulds built by Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A.  

At the same time an agreement  with English company Permastore, worldwide leader in glass fused to steel tanks and silos, has been signed.

In 1994 the first  fibreglass manure tank has been imported by Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A., form Eisele company, in order to fulfil the requests  of the customers.

In 1997 the first umbilical system, to spread the manure on the fields, has been sold, using pumps from German company Wangen.

One year later Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A. starts working on Biogas systems, and projects

are developed by means a cooperation with specialized technicians and engineers.

The experience and acknowledgment acquired by Brevetti Francesco Cremonesi S.p.A. become the strong bases on which Liquitech was founded in 2001.

Nowadays Liquitech srl has hundreds of installations functioning in Italy and Europe, and the first biogas installations now are working.

·                    Complete planning and realization of manure treatment systems (turn-key projects)

·                    Construction of  storage tanks, both on concrete and glass fused to steel type.Maximum capacity 21.000 cubic meters.,

·                    Separation systems.

·                    Projects and construction of umbilical systems for manure spreading.

·                    Developments, research, plan and realization of biogas systems.

 

PRODUCTS:

·                    Eisele vertical pumps, VM series, chopping/mixing, electrical  driven option;  from 11 to 22 Kw;  capacity up to 6.000 lt/min; head capacity up to 24 m; chopping impellers with counter-knives, to chop very long components. Optional computerized control of every function of the pump.

·                    Eisele vertical pumps, VG series, chopping/mixing, cardan driven option;  from 24 to 75 Kw;  capacity up to 12.000 lt/min; head capacity up to 47 m; chopping impellers with counter-knives, to chop very long components. Optional version with trolley .

·                    Eisele submergible pumps, AT series, chopping or vortex impellers;  from 2,2 to 22 Kw;  capacity up to 6.700 lt/min; head capacity up to 20 m; Oxygenation device as optional.

·                    Eisele submergible mixers, GTWS series;  from 2,2 to 15 Kw;  capacity up to 3.500 N. Oxygenation device as optional; ant explosive version, for biogas systems.          Stainless steel impellers with knives, to chop very long components. Ideal also for cofermantation matter for biogas plants.

·                    Eisele submergible mixers, HP series, oleodinamic motors driven. From 7.5 to 33.0 kW capacity. Hydraulic arms connection available.

·                    Wangen screw driven pumps, GL series. Cardan transmission. Until 4.000 lt/min capacity available; 16 bar working pressure.

 

INSTALLATIONS:

·                    Complete manure treatment systems : circulation under the grates, manual or automatic system, controlled by PLC and pneumatic actuators; charge of storage tank; mixture of storage tank, PVC discharge pipelines equipped with automatic and manual operated valves; oxygenation plants; separators for liquid/solid components; storage tanks for manure and other liquid.

·                    Umbilical systems for manure spreading. Capacity up to 180 cubic meter/h, by means of Wangen pumps, GL series. SNAP-TITE special hoses, diameters from 2” to 6”, with 48 bar loading break. Optional injectors for manure spreading.

·                    Complete systems for biogas production from zootechnical manure. We are developing Eisele technologies in this field, that is a very simple and efficient system, controlled from PLC programs. This plants allow to obtain electrical and thermal energy at zero cost.
